He was born 44 years ago with a platinum spoon in his mouth; his father, a well-connected Saudi Arabian contractor, left him over $300 million.

He became a fanatic believer in the laws of Islam, and declared all Christians to be "crusaders", whose real aim is to destroy Islam. At the top of his enemy list is "The Big Satan", i.e., the United States, because of its "lavish, decadent and immoral codes".  He vowed to punish and take revenge on the U.S. for her "evil deeds." He was responsible for planning the first attack on the World Trade Center, several years ago, and many other terror attacks worldwide.

In the Spring of 1996, he moved from the Sudan to Afghanistan, from where he continued to sponsor and finance several dangerous terrorist groups. Yesterday, September 13, U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell declared him to be the prime suspect in masterminding the catastrophic attacks on New York's World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

He is not young, and very respected by his own people and nations abroad. When he was king he concentrated much power in his hands. He not only frequently exerted personal pressure to get bills through Parliament, but also governed by royal decree when Parliament failed to pass budgets and other bills. 

During his reign, his country's growth was at its highest in its history, and women enjoyed then more freedom than under any other ruler in the annals of their nation.

Now he'll be returning to his reunited country from Italy, where he lived in exile for years.
